As a Sales Manager at Apogee, you will be instrumental in driving our sales growth and expanding market presence. You will lead, coach, and motivate a high-performing sales team to consistently meet and exceed revenue targets. Key Responsibilities
- Team Leadership: Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing sales team, fostering a collaborative and results-driven environment. Focus on personal growth, sales goals, and creating a culture of excellence.
- Sales Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to drive revenue growth, expand market share, and enhance customer retention. Stay ahead of market trends and adjust strategies to meet changing customer needs.
- Target Achievement: Set ambitious sales targets and ensure the team meets or exceeds monthly, quarterly, and annual goals.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with key clients and prospects. Oversee customer engagement strategies to ensure satisfaction and generate repeat business.
- Sales Process Optimisation: Continuously evaluate and refine sales processes to maximise efficiency, reduce sales cycle time, and improve conversion rates.
- Reporting & Analytics: Use data and performance metrics to track progress, identify opportunities for improvement, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to senior management.
- Training & Development: Provide ongoing training and professional development opportunities to enhance skills, product knowledge, and team performance.
- Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product, and customer service teams to align strategies and ensure a seamless customer experience from prospecting through to post-sales support.
